H.I.T. Program: Recap Spring 2025
Spring 2025 has been a rich period for the H.I.T. Program. Here’s a short recap of the three program events:
1. Kickoff, 10-11 March 2025
The H.I.T. Program 2025 began with a 2-day event in Zurich. Twenty-six women professors from all Swiss universities came together to explore academic leadership. The participants were highly engaged and committed to growth. The event was well-received, thanks to the dedication of everyone involved, including participants, trainers, and alumnae from UZH and ETHZ. Special recognition goes to Prof. Marianne Schmid Mast, Dr. Sarah Shephard, Prof. Sara Irina Fabrikant, Prof. Laura Nyström, Prof. Annette Oxenius, and Prof. Annelies Zinkernagel for their invaluable contributions. 2. Online Session, Coaching, 21 March 2025
March focused on coaching and its impact on leadership development. An online session introduced the participants to our coaches and the world of coaching, highlighting its impact on leadership. Our collaborators, Eleanor Tabi Haller-Jorden, Elizabeth Nash, Sarah Shephard, Sibyl Schädeli, Astrid Mehr, Zita Küng, and Silvie Klein Franke shared their expertise and experience, setting the stage for transformative coaching sessions. 3. Online Session, Academic Leadership Circles, 5 May 2025
In early May, the H.I.T. Program participants came together once again for the Academic Leadership Circles. This series of sessions, both in-person and virtual, is dedicated to exploring effective leadership strategies with peers. These sessions will continue until November 2025.LinkedIn-Post
The H.I.T. Program 2025 is far from over. We look forward to the event in Neuchatel on 16-18 June 2025 and the exciting developments that the coming months will bring.
