H.I.T. Program - leadership program for female professors in Switzerland

Please complete the form below and submit your application, including your CV (maximum 2 pages), motivation letter, and the application questionnaire, by Sunday, 4 October 2026.

Due to the limited number of available places (25), a selection process will be conducted at each university. You will be informed of the outcome by the program manager no later than Friday, 20 November.

The selection criteria include: the applicant’s academic profile and leadership experience, motivation to assume institutional leadership roles, the underrepresentation of women in specific academic fields, and the need to enhance the visibility of female leaders within faculties, departments, or schools.

To prevent data loss while completing the application form, we also recommend saving your responses to Questions 1-10 of the Application Questionnaire (below) in a separate file.
