The Call for Applications for the H.I.T. Program 2027 Is Open!
The H.I.T. Program 2027 invites women professors from the ten cantonal universities, EPFL and ETH Zurich, who are interested in strengthening their academic leadership skills and advancing their leadership careers within higher education.
The program offers a unique opportunity to develop strategic leadership competencies, expand professional networks across institutions, and engage with experienced academic leaders.
We encourage interested candidates to apply and become part of a community of academic leaders shaping the future of Swiss higher education.
Applications are open from 7 September to 4 October 2026.
The online application requires the submission of a short CV, a motivation letter, and a completed online questionnaire. Eligible applicants are established women professors from all Swiss universities with an interest in assuming or further developing academic leadership responsibilities.
