H.I.T. Program - leadership program for female professors in Switzerland

Due to the limited number of available places (25), a selection process will be conducted. You will be informed of the outcome by mid-November.

The selection criteria include: the applicant’s academic profile and leadership experience, motivation to assume institutional leadership roles, the underrepresentation of women in specific academic fields, and the need to enhance the visibility of female leaders within faculties, departments, or schools.

Also, to avoid losing your data while filling out the registration form, we suggest saving your answers to the Questions 1-7 from the Application Questionnaire in a separate file.
